1. Acceptance of Terms
   These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WeReShop platform, website, services, and related features (collectively, the “Service”). By registering, accessing, or using WeReShop, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. About WeReShop
   WeReShop is a B2B marketplace platform that connects international buyers and sellers of natural products, agri-food, cosmetics, wellness, services, import/export, and related sectors. We provide a listing and connection service only. We do not buy, sell, store, or guarantee any products.
3. Eligibility
   Users must:
   – Be at least 18 years old
   – Have legal authority to represent a company or business
   – Provide accurate information during registration
   – Use the platform for lawful commercial purposes only
4. User Accounts
   Users must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details and all activities under your account. WeReShop may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
5. Services, Subscriptions, and Payments
   – Posting advertisements and creating an account is free unless otherwise stated.
   – Access to full contact details, additional features, or extended posting capacity may require a paid subscription.
   – Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
   – Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
   – Prices and plans may change, and updates will be communicated where applicable.
6. User Content and Listings
   Users are solely responsible for all information, advertisements, listings, descriptions, images, offers, requests, and communications they publish (“User Content”).
   User Content must be:
   – Accurate, truthful, and not misleading
   – Related to legitimate commercial activity
   – Compliant with applicable laws and regulations
   – Respectful of intellectual property and privacy rights

Prohibited content includes illegal goods, counterfeit products, harmful substances, deceptive claims, offensive or fraudulent material, and anything violating international trade laws.

7. Marketplace Role and Liability Disclaimer
   WeReShop:
   – Does not act as a buyer, seller, agent, broker, or guarantor
   – Does not verify all listings or companies automatically
   – Is not responsible for transactions, negotiations, payments, delivery, product quality, compliance, or disputes
   All business dealings occur directly between users at their own risk. Users must perform due diligence before engaging in transactions.
8. Communication Between Users
   The platform may allow communication or sharing of contact details through subscription features. Users must not engage in spam, harassment, fraud, or abusive behavior.
9. Prohibited Uses
   Users must not:
   – Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
   – Violate trade or customs laws
   – Post misleading or offensive content
   – Hack, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access
   – Copy, scrape, or misuse platform data
10. Intellectual Property
    All platform design, logo, branding, software, and content owned by WeReShop remain our exclusive property. Users retain ownership of their own content but grant WeReShop a license to display it on the platform.
11. Termination
    WeReShop may suspend or terminate any account without notice for violation of Terms, fraudulent activity, or harmful use of the Service. Users may request account cancellation at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
    WeReShop is not liable for:
