TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE

Article 1: By using the services of the Wereshop website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document, which govern the relationships among users of our site.

Article 2: The Wereshop website, hereinafter referred to as “the site,” aims to provide professionals in the agro-food, health, wellness, and food sectors with a dedicated exchange space to propose and find products in these fields worldwide.

Article 3: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time by posting the new version on our site, subject to the provisions of Article 9 below. The modifications become effective 30 days after being posted online. During this period, you may notify us of your refusal to accept these changes, which will terminate your right to use our services at the end of the 30-day period. No other method of modification is possible except by a written contract signed by both parties.

Article 4: Our services are exclusively reserved for professionals legally capable of entering into contracts under French law, hereinafter referred to as users. Each user must verify their compliance with this requirement. In case of non-compliance, our liability cannot be engaged. Furthermore, if your account has been temporarily or permanently closed, you are no longer authorized to use our services.

Article 5: Any user can directly access the site and view the listings.

Article 6: Any user registered as a member can obtain the identities of advertisers and has access to services that allow them to evaluate listings in a dedicated space, hereinafter referred to as the “member area.”

Article 7: Advertisers agree to be registered and listed. Their ad will only appear on the site after completing the appropriate ad form. The number of ads each advertiser can post depends on the chosen package. Ads remain online for one year unless the advertiser requests their removal. We reserve the right to delete ads after this period. Advertisers receive personal access codes and have a dedicated space for their ads.

Article 8: Users must comply with the procedures implemented by Wereshop to obtain services in their member area, including completing and returning any required documents. Wereshop’s remuneration is based on the sale of units or subscriptions available in the member area. The duration of these units is limited by the purchased package, and they are lost in case of account deletion. Users are responsible for applicable taxes on their transactions, with service prices displayed in Euros including French VAT, excluding other potential fees, duties, and taxes. Payments can be made online by credit card, check, or bank transfer. For online credit card payments, card details are only communicated to the bank’s server. Payments are effective only after confirmation by the payment center. In case of refusal, the transaction is canceled. Each paid order generates an invoice available for download in the member area.

Article 9: We reserve the right to modify our service rates, fees, and commissions at any time. In case of reduction, changes take effect immediately after being posted online. In case of increase, they take effect 30 days after being posted. Prices for new services are effective upon launch. Rates are always in Euros.

Article 10: You are responsible for all taxes, fees, and commissions resulting from your use of our services. Wereshop is exempt from any liability for taxes on transactions made on its site.

Article 11: Wereshop is an online platform intended to connect buyers and sellers. We do not intervene in transactions and have no control over the quality, reliability, safety, legality of the products offered, the accuracy of listings, the sellers’ ability to sell, or the buyers’ ability to pay. You exempt us from any liability in this regard.

Article 12: We cannot confirm the identity of site users. An evaluation system is in place to allow users to leave feedback after a transaction. Advertisers can request modifications to these evaluations if necessary.

Article 13: Users’ information and listings are not controlled by us. You exempt us from any liability for inaccuracies or incompleteness of the information provided. Links to third-party websites may exist, and we are not responsible for their content or operation. Their presence does not constitute our approval or validation of their content.

Article 14: We reserve the right to immediately delete any illegal content in listings. Advertisers must have the necessary documents and permissions to post their ad, especially regarding copyright and brand product distribution. Accounts of users responsible for posting illegal content may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed without notice. The same applies to violations of these terms or actions that may incur our liability. Additionally, inactive accounts for over a year may be terminated.

Article 15: Any use of our site and services for profit or other purposes than intended is prohibited. Unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, translation, public communication, rental, or other exploitation of the site is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Article 16: The Wereshop site and its services are provided “as is” without any warranty. Wereshop is not liable for the content or services provided, nor for any data loss, profit loss, revenue loss, opportunity loss, time loss, or any other damage, regardless of the cause. Wereshop is also not liable for access difficulties or unavailability of servers. No warranty is given in this regard.
